說得太對了

我找了很久, 想找一本書講管理創意群體的方法. 我想知道, 創意機構如廣告公司, 芭蕾舞團和電視台的架構和管理方法有甚麼共同之處. 而這些機構又和一間貿易公司有甚麼不同. 這本書是我找到的第一本. 剛開始了幾頁, 看來很不錯. 開始得很好, 作者引述別人的話:

'Creative', 'Creation', 'Creativity' are some of the most overused and ultimately debased words in the language. Stripped of of any special significance by a generation of bureaucrats, civil servants, managers and politicians, lazily used as political margarine to spread approvingly and inclusively over any activity with a non-material element to it, the word 'creative' has become almost unusable.

說得太對了.
